This full-color Hypercard stack can be your own "already started" database
on the subject of Africa. It is intended to help improve and store your
understanding of Africa by providing a space to enter notes, associate
information visually to a map, and a quiz to test recall of country name,
capital and head of state. The large color map of the continent can be
scrolled in a large or small window, corresponding in real time at a four-to-one
ratio to a small monochrome map with labels/buttons. All information (except
the country name and the map) can be updated or edited by you.
Africa Notebook requires a color Macintosh with at least a 13" screen
and at least 4Mb of memory allocated to Hypercard 2.0 or Hypercard Player.
If you don't have Hypercard 2.0 or later, then please use Hypercard Player
(standard on all new Macs) with at least 4Mb allocated to "prefered size"
in the Get Info preferences window. If you have neither, simply download
the self-running version, which is larger but requires no Hypercard or
Hypercard Player.
